All our CallGenie Video Calling Device options, Standard, Wide and Zoom, offer an efficient way to stay connected, via video calls, with your elderly or disabled loved ones. The only difference between the options is the camera, and more specifically its field of view.

 

All cameras we supply have integrated privacy shutters.

Standard

  • 58° Field of View
  • Recommended for a single person in front of the camera
  • Logitech Brio 100 (or equivalent)

Wide

  • 70° Field of View
  • Recommended for a single person in front of the camera, who sits in two adjacent locations (e.g. bed and chair), or two people sat in front of the camera on separate chairs.
  • Logitech Brio 300 (or equivalent)

Zoom

  • Selectable 90°/78°/65° Field of View (configured at installation)
  • 4x Digital Zoom
  • Recommended for all situations

    All appliances will be shipped with euro power supplies (except for Ireland and Cyprus).

    We don’t currently ship fully configured appliances outside of the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. However, you can source your own hardware and buy the software from us here in the UK.
